Scrap Labs is on a mission to make high-performance metal 3D printing radically more accessible. We're developing an open-source, laser powder bed fusion platform built from off-the-shelf parts and optimized for performance, reliability, and cost. From prototyping to production, we aim to empower builders, researchers, and small manufacturers with powerful tools they can understand, afford, and modify. 

Our broader vision is to help lay the technological foundation for making advanced manufacturing tools accessible anywhere, on Earth and off it, as a step toward enabling humanity to prosper and become a truly multi-planetary species.
